Production typically takes 6-10 business days for standard orders, extending to 10-15 days for large quantities or custom sizes.

Shipping timeframes vary by region: West Coast standard is 1-2 business days, Midwest 3-4 business days, and East Coast is 4-5 business days.

Rushing the production of orders is available for smaller quantities and sizes. A 2-day rush charge is 50% of the order total. A 3-day rush is 25% of the order total. Need an extreme rush to get your order out in 24 hours? Please ask, and we'll see what we can do. A 24-hour turnaround will be 100% of the order total.

Our website employs 24/7 security monitoring, doesn't store credit information on servers, and encrypts all pages. Despite these protections, customers uncomfortable with online payment can email their specifications first, then call with payment details after receiving an image review link.

Yes! Two methods exist: reorder identical prints through account history using the reorder link, or reconfigure with different options using existing photos from "My Photos" in your account.

Checks and money orders are accepted but delay production by a week or more until cleared. Credit cards or PayPal are recommended for faster service.

Custom sizes are available. Maximum dimensions vary by product:

• Acrylic 1/8": up to 96x48"
• Acrylic 1/4": up to 96x40"
• Acrylic 1/2" and Designer Series: up to 40x30"
• Canvas and Metal Prints: up to 96x48"

Yes, prints ship ready-to-hang with included hardware.

BumbleJax is committed to superior products and customer service. We go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy, but please know we can't be held responsible for the following:

• Spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Errors in selected options such as material, quantity, paper type or cropping. Please be sure to review your order and make sure it's what you want!
• Damage to your print not related to transit, such as dropping your print.
• Exact color matching what you see on your end. Our print experts do a great job, and while we have an ICC color profile we can send you if you are very particular about exact color matching, we recommend ordering a small paper proof first. We also offer proofs of the acrylic product to see how your image will look behind the acrylic, excluding backing and hanging material.

Returning Your Product: Do Not Send The Product Back Without Contacting Us

It is extremely rare that we ask a customer to return a product to us. In 99% of cases where there is an issue, we simply redo the order for the customer rather than offer a refund, but we require digital photos of the issue. In the other 1%, the customer just wants a refund and we'll determine whether we'd like the product sent back or just refund it. Bottom line is that we want our customers happy and if you're not, we're going to redo it or refund you without making you jump through a bunch of hurdles or hassle.

Please inspect the product as soon as you can and notify us immediately of any shipping damage or other issues. Replacements will ship in 4-5 business days without requiring return. You must notify us within 7 calendar days, photograph the damage, all sides of the packaging, the shipping label, and the internal packaging.

If no such claim is made within 7 days, Bumblejax and the customer will consider the print accepted. By accepting the print, the customer acknowledges that Bumblejax's performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions, and specifications. In cases of shipping damage, please keep all original packaging and contents until the claim resolution process is finished.

If color accuracy is required, we suggest ordering a small paper proof first before ordering the final print to ensure you're happy with results.

All prints can be wiped with a lint-free, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Acrylic requires special care; avoid Windex to prevent scratching. The premium TruLife acrylic tolerates ammonia-free glass cleaner safely.

Our online pricing calculator determines costs for any product, size, and options. Standard size pricing tables with PDF downloads are available. The calculator excludes discounts, shipping, and taxes; first-order and repeat customer discounts apply.

Continental USA orders 40x30" and below: 13% of product price with $17 minimum. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii: 30% plus $10. Prints over 40x30" require custom wood crates ($85-$185). International rates vary 30-100% based on size.

International shipping is available, though expensive for sizes over 24" per side. Customers must provide postal code, city, country, size, quantity, and material for quotes. Non-North American orders require PayPal invoicing.

Ground, 3-day express, 2-day, and overnight options are available at checkout with varying rates. Large expedited orders may qualify for better pricing through direct contact.

Order information goes only via email to buyers. Resellers can request custom branding, including certificates of authenticity, at no additional charge.
