Gallery-Quality Fine Art Prints Handcrafted in Seattle
Placing an Order
Production typically takes 6-8 business days for standard orders, extending to 10 days for large quantities or custom sizes. Rush orders (2-3 business days) cost 25% extra, while 24-hour expedited service costs 50% more.
Shipping timeframes vary by region: West Coast standard is 1-2 days, Midwest 3-4 days, and East Coast is 4-5 days.
Yes, rush production adds a 25% surcharge for 2-3 day turnaround versus standard 6-8 days. Need an extreme rush to get your order out in 24 hours? We can do that for a 50% cost increase on select orders.
Our website employs 24/7 security monitoring, doesn't store credit information on servers, and encrypts all pages. Despite these protections, customers uncomfortable with online payment can email their specifications first, then call with payment details after receiving an image review link.
Cancellation feasibility depends on production status. Orders typically allow 12-24 hours for changes before entering production. Once production begins, refunds are reduced based on progress. All cancellations incur 2-3.5% processing fees.
Yes! Two methods exist: reorder identical prints through account history using the reorder link, or reconfigure with different options using existing photos from "My Photos" in your account.
Checks and money orders are accepted but delay production by a week or more until cleared. Credit cards or PayPal are recommended for faster service.
File Prep
Please use RGB not CMYK. Adobe RGB 1998 (recommended) and ProPhoto colorspaces offer the widest color gamut with embedded profiles preferred.
We recommend avoiding resizing since software often diminishes quality. If resizing is necessary, use 240-300 PPI. Camera sensor quality and editing practices significantly impact print quality beyond pixel count alone.
JPG files are preferred for their smaller size without quality loss. TIFFs up to 100MB are accepted using 8-bit with LZW compression. PDFs aren't accepted online; larger files can upload via our FTP uploader.
No bleed is needed; we handle it during mounting. However, you may lose up to 1/8" of your print on all four sides so please keep important details such as signatures away from the edge at least 1/4".
Printing & Mounting
Custom sizes are available down to 1/4". Maximum dimensions vary by product:
- Acrylic (1/8" & 1/4"): up to 96x48"
- Acrylic (1/2") and Designer Series: up to 40x30"
- Canvas and Metal Prints: up to 60x40"
Strict requirements apply: 4" bleed on shortest sides, 1/4" on others. Send two copies for backup since the face-mounting process is difficult and prints do get damaged on occasion (air bubbles, spec of dust). Glossy or satin inkjet/c-prints only.
We use HP Designjet z6800 printers on Epson Gloss, Semi-Gloss, or Lexjet Sunset Metallic paper. HP Vivera pigment inks are rated to last in excess of 100 years without fading indoors, away from direct sunlight and high humidity.
Yes, prints ship ready-to-hang with included hardware. Standard pieces use hanging wire with drywall hooks (50+ lbs capacity). Larger pieces and aluminum subframes use French cleats requiring wall drilling.
Returns, Refunds, & Replacements
We won't cover customer spelling errors, selected option mistakes, non-transit damage, or exact color matching. It is extremely rare that we ask a customer to return a product to us. In 99% of cases where there is an issue we simply redo the order.
Replacement ships quickly without requiring return. You must: notify us within 10 calendar days, photograph the damage, and keep original packaging for potential FedEx/UPS inspection.
Color accuracy depends on monitor calibration; the only surefire way is to purchase a small paper proof. Resolution concerns are addressed during order processing; underresolution images trigger company contact.
Cleaning
All prints can be wiped with a lint free, slightly damp micro fiber cloth. Acrylic requires special care — avoid Windex to prevent scratching. The premium TruLife acrylic tolerates ammonia-free glass cleaner safely.
Pricing
We print photos onto professional paper then face-mount to acrylic, preserving color vibrancy versus direct printing. Our products include dibond backing preventing bowing.
Our online pricing calculator determines costs for any product, size, and options. Standard size pricing tables with PDF downloads are available. The calculator excludes discounts, shipping, and taxes; first-order and repeat customer discounts apply.
Shipping
Continental USA orders 40x30" and below: 12% of product price with $15 minimum. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii: 30% plus $10. Prints over 40x30" require custom wood crates ($85-$185). International rates vary 30-100% based on size.
International shipping is available, though expensive for sizes over 24" per side. Customers must provide postal code, city, country, size, quantity, and material for quotes. Non-North American orders require PayPal invoicing.
Ground, 3-day express, 2-day, and overnight options are available at checkout with varying rates. Large expedited orders may qualify for better pricing through direct contact.
Order information goes only via email to buyers. Resellers can request custom branding including certificates of authenticity at no additional charge.
